PLEASE SELECT FORM ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR NIGHT OF CHOICE. WE WILL CAP AT 9 TEAMS PER NIGHT. IF MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and THURSDAY ALL FILL UP, WE WILL LOOK AT OPENING TUESDAY NIGHTS AS WELL.
